Doors Locked During Fire Alarm?
There is no NFPA code or standard that requires you to lock the door into a room (not in the path of egress) that is on fire.
Smoke Alarms in Sleeping Rooms
If you are a hospital, then there is no requirement to have smoke detectors (or smoke alarms) in patient sleeping rooms.
ILSM for Fire Alarm Testing?

Fire Alarm Pull Stations
