  • Education sessions lasting 1 hour or 3 days on various subjects of Life Safety, Environment of Care and Physical Environment
  • Implementation in the form of writing management plans, creating training programs for organizations to use in their staff meetings, interim staffing and individual coaching on improvement strategies
  • Write equivalency requests for submission to accrediting agencies
  • Develop policies and procedures on specific standard requirements such as Interim Life Safety Measures, Fire Watches, and Fire Drill procedures
  • Assess for Statement of Conditions (SOC) compliance and create an appropriate Basic Building Information (BBI) and Plan for Improvement (PFI) response
  • Coordinate plans for emergency management exercises and drills
